Stucco Repair & Exterior Refresh in Woodbridge
Cracked and stained stucco repaired, foundation parging renewed and the full façade recoated for a uniform, weather-resistant finish.
The work
The brief
Hairline and settlement cracks had spread across the front elevation, and the foundation parging was flaking. The owners wanted the house to look consistent again before listing it for sale.
The work
- Inspected the wall assembly and sealed the source of water entry at two window sills
- Cut out and patched damaged stucco sections with matching texture
- Removed loose parging and applied new parging to the exposed foundation
- Applied an elastomeric coating system to the full façade
The result
A clean, uniform exterior with repairs that disappear into the wall — completed in eight working days around the weather.
