Staircase Trim & Interior Doors in Richmond Hill
New interior doors, casings and baseboards throughout a two-storey home, plus a refinished staircase handrail and painted spindles.

The work
The brief
The original hollow-core doors and narrow trim made the home feel dated. The owners wanted a cohesive, more substantial look on both floors.
The work
- Installed 14 prehung solid-core interior doors with new hardware
- Fitted wider casings and 5-inch baseboards, scribed to uneven floors
- Sanded and refinished the oak handrail; painted the spindles
- Caulked, filled and painted all new trim
The result
Consistent trim and doors throughout the house, completed in seven working days.
